How to Make a Custom Order

1. What is the minimum order quantity to make a custom order?

For normal fabric and simple design,at least 5 pieces each size, 50 pieces per print per style. For example size 6m-5 pieces, 12m-5 pieces,18m*10 pieces, 2T-15 pieces,3T*10, like this, the quantity of each size is the multiple of 5. This quantity ratio is convenient for our machine to cut fabrics.

For the jeans or knitting sweaters, at least 15 pieces each sizes, at least 150~200pcs total per color per style.

For some special fabric which is not available on market , and we need make the fabric, the moq depends on the fabric moq and how many pieces if the minimum quantity fabric comes out.

2.Can I take sample(s) to check the quality and details before bulk order? What is the cost and turn around time for sample?

Yes, you can take sample(s) before bulk order.

Please must contact customer service for the sample requirements and details, while the sample(s) cost will be quoted.

The sample(s) turn around time usually is 5-10 working days, some sample in special fabric maybe longer.

* Note: Sample cost can be refund in bulk order.

3. What is the turn around time for bulk order ?

After sample(s) confirmed and approved, the bulk order production time normally takes around 15 - 20 working days except some sepcial design or orders will be specifically informed.

The delivery time will be 5-10 working days via FeDex/UPS/DHL/TNT express, 35-50 days by sea shipping.

4. What information or files I need to provide for a custom order?

We need the followings:

• * Style design, or pictures for reference;
• * If you need make print, high resolution no watermark seamless pattern file is a must;
• * If you need add brand tag, label, then the tag label design file is a must;
• * Please inform the fabric requirements. If you are not sure yet, our customer service will contact you and confirm the details.
• * The required order quantity, sizes and colors.

In addition to the above basic information, our customer service will contact you if needed.
