After-Sale Policy
NO REPLACES OR REFUNDS UNLESS YOUR ITEMS ARE DAMAGED OR WRONG SENT.
We will replace them or if we are sold out we will refund.
lmportant Notice:
- You have a max of 30 days to file after-sale after the shipping date. No replaces or refunds made after 30 days from the shipping date will be accepted.
- Please donnot return or ship back any pacakge unless you contact with Customer Service and get approved.
- You can only ask for after-sale suppot that the items are unworn,unwashed, have the oniginal tags/packaging attached
How do I ask for After-sale support?
- Sign into your RAREWE account.
- Find the order in My Orders, click the "After-sale" button.
- Select the item(s) you would like to get support, indicate the reason, provide proofs and submit.
- You can also contact our online customer service directly, or send us e-mail to get after-sale support.
Replace
The item(s) will be replaced and sent with you nearest order shipment.
We do not send alternatives separately unless the quantity exceeds 30 pieces.
Refund
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after you confirmed with our customer service.
The refund payment slip will be sent via email while it's done.
